DPA Amendment
Optional addendum to the standardData Processing Agreementfor enterprise customers. Effective only when signed by both parties. Pricing + audit rights supplement the base DPA without modifying it.
Custom data-residency region
Customer may opt to have Customer Data hosted exclusively in an alternative Indian region (e.g. Mumbai or Bengaluru) at +Rs 4,000 / month per region. The SLA on the alternative region is identical to the standard 99.9% monthly uptime commitment.
Extended backup retention
Default backup retention is 7 days. Customer may opt for 30-day, 90-day, or 365-day retention at +Rs 500 / Rs 1,500 / Rs 4,000 per month respectively. Backups beyond the standard 7 days are stored on the Infrequent Access tier.
Additional sub-processors
Customer may add named sub-processors to the master sub-processor list (e.g. a specific cloud-storage vendor for regulated workloads). Each additional sub-processor requires a 30-day notice + a custom DPA addendum.
Audit-rights upgrade
Standard audit rights are 1x per calendar year at Customer's cost. Customer may upgrade to quarterly audits (4x per calendar year) + on-site physical security audit at Customer's cost. Audit reports are delivered within 30 days of audit completion.
Right to suspend + restore
Customer may suspend their service for up to 90 days per calendar year without billing impact. Suspended services retain data + configuration. Restoration is automatic on the 91st day unless Customer requests an extension (subject to a written addendum).
