  • Razorpay

    Payments

    Payment processor for Indian customers. INR-only billing + UPI + cards + netbanking + auto-generated tax invoices.

  • Cloudflare

    Network

    Edge CDN + DDoS protection + WAF rules + TLS termination. Our marketing site runs behind Cloudflare; our customer workloads run on a private CDN inside Palitana.

  • Zoho Mail

    Email

    Transactional + marketing email for our customers' apps. Customers configure their own DNS SPF + DKIM + DMARC records.

  • Google Analytics

    Analytics

    Optional, consent-gated. Public marketing site only; never on customer workloads.

  • WhatsApp Business (Meta)

    Communications

    The only support channel. We never email for support; WhatsApp-first per AGENTS.md.

  • Stripe

    Available for international customers (USD billing). Default for non-Indian customers.

    Internal alerting on the ops side. Customer-facing incidents route to WhatsApp + email + status.webhost24.in.
